Description

Manufacturing Technique

CCS wire is formed through the electroplating method (taking a steel wire as the core and depositing a copper layer evenly on the surface of the steel core) and the cladding method (Cladding a planished copper stripe concentrically on the outer surface of the steel core).

Copper-clad steel stranded wire is stranded from a certain number of copper-clad steel single wires.

CCS wire can be divided into six types by conductivity: 15% CCS, 18% CCS, 21% CCS, 25% CCS, 30% CCS, and 40% CCS, and two mechanical statuses: Annealed (A) and Hard drawn (H).
